  美国人的逻辑

Americans are very informal. They greet each other informally. When they see dose 2 friends, teachers ,or someone they know only by sight, they are likely to say"Hi" in all cases. This doesn't mean they have no more regard for friends than for unfamiliar 3 people. It only means "Hi" serves as a greeting for people.

But some Americans often expect people from other countries to be very formal if they are polite people. So,an American may be shocked if a foreigner is very informal with him or her.Sometimes it is difficult to know what to do!
