2016考研英语写作动词词组汇总(二)

英语中有很多动词词组，如果在2016考研英语写作中运用得当，会为文章增色不少，有时候使用一个词组会代替一个句子，言简意赅，用到考研英语作文中有时能起到四两拨千斤的作用。下文为“give、make、put、set”词组，请大家熟记。
1. “give”词组
give about 分配;传播
give and take 相互迁就
give away sth. 赠送;牺牲;泄露;颁发
give back sth. 归还
give ear to sth. 侧耳倾听
give forth 1 sth. 发出，放出;发表
give in 屈服，让步，投降
give in to sth. 同意，接受;向……让步
give off sth. 发出(烟，气味)
give oneself out to be/as 自称为
give out sth. 分发，公布
give place to sth. 让位于，被……所替代
give rise to sth. 引起，导致;使……...发生
give up sth, 放弃;停止
give way to sth, 让步，退却;屈服于

2. “make”词组
