4.A Miami Beach police report says a pedestrian 3 struck and killed by Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donty Stallworth was not in a crosswalk. The report says Stallworth flashed his lights, trying to warn the victim. Police say Stallworth was going about 50 miles an hour in a 40-mile-an-hour zone.
