4. What did Frosty do to this guy? A homeowner in Ohio caught this assault on video. The suspect appears to be hack 7ing at the inflatable yard art with a screwdriver 9. An 18-year-old man is charged with criminal damaging, a misdemeanor. Investigation 10 could snowball. A second suspect is still on the loose.
