New South Wales' Supreme 7 Court documents have confirmed Gina Rinehart claimed her three oldest children were unfit to run their multi-billion dollar trust fund.The documents also show Ms.Rinehart's children say she changed the date they can assess the trust to 2068 without their consent.
 
A 9-year-old Sydney girl narrowly escaped injury after shots were fired at the family home in Bexley around the mid-night.Police say two children and their parents were inside during the shooting.They say one bullet went through the window of the bedroom where the girl was asleep.
 
And art researchers in Florence are confident they have found a lost Da Vinci painting hidden behind a wall of the City Hall for the last five centuries.The work was abandoned and never finished after a new painting techniques failed.It's believed the painter who finally completed the painting retained Da Vinci's initial drawings behind a false wall.
