Anti-American protests are spreading across the Middle East and North Africa. They've been sparked by anger over a US-made film denigrating 1 Islam. Four people have died in Yemen where protesters briefly 2 stormed the grounds of the American embassy. Demonstrators also clashed with security forces outside embassies in Egypt and Tunisia.
