Yeah, it’s a moment that we are all waiting for. What kind of jail time would Paris Hilton get? Or prosecutors 2 would ride on ----- they were asking for 45 days, and that’s exactly what she got. She came in about 10 minutes late to the hearing today. She was dressed very conservatively here to do business and she did take the stand, now when she was on the stand, she said that she was unaware 3 that she was not allowed to drive. She said that after 30 days, her publicist told her that after 30 days, she was allowed to go to and from work. And when at some point, the prosecutor 1 said well, you know, didn't you check your mail? Didn’t you sign something saying that you understood that you were not allowed to drive? She said, at some point, I don’t read everything that I am asked to sign. I, people told me to sign things, I signed them and I don’t read all of my mail. Elliot Mintz, who is her publicist also took the stand that he actually agreed with her. He said that, yes, he did tell his client that after 30 days, she was allowed to drive to and from work. But the Judge Apollo was not buying it. He said that Elliot Mintz, he actually compared him to Cyrano De Bergerac at a point ---- falling on the sword for his client. And also he said that there was no question that Paris knew her license 4 was suspended but she chose to ignore it. Now I gotta tell you, the response in the courtroom from Kathy Hilton was definitely notable. She was absolute that Kathy Hilton being her mother, was absolutely disturbed by this whole thing. At one point, she was, we were told, that she asked the prosecutors for an autograph. And she also came out here at the very end. She was the only one that spoke 5 Paris Hilton was a little, you know, absolutely hurt by this whole thing. She wasn't crying, but her mother was, adamant 6, she said this was absolutely pathetic, and you know, it’s just awful that this happened to her daughter, and that was something that should not have happened. Now I want to tell you one, one last thing, that she has until June 5th to report to the Century Regional Detention 7 Facility in Lynwood to serve her time.
