It is impossible for us to keep fit unless we often take part in activities on recreation. One can not work well if he can not get active recreation. There are various kinds of games in our daily life after work. Many people like working and working because in their mind working is the most important thing. But we shouldn’t sit too long in our office. It will be easy for our eyes and brain to get tired, even one listening to music, watching TV, or going to the cinema.
