Mother: No, Sam. I can't.
Sam : But all my friends 3 have new bicycles 4.
Mother: You can ride their bikes.
Sam : Why can't I have a new bike?
Mother: Because 5 money 6 doesn't grow 7 on trees.

萨姆：妈，您可不可以买一辆新的自行车给我?
妈妈：不可以，萨姆。我办不到。
萨姆：但是我所有的朋友都有新车。
妈妈：你可以骑他们的车子呀!

妈妈：因为钱不会长在树上嘛(喻挣钱是很辛苦的)。
