When I have free time,
I usually go mountain climbing alone.
The mountain where I go all the time
isn't very high or rugged;
therefore, it only takes me about
half an hour to reach the top.
The surrounding scenery is very charming.
It's no doubt the best place to view the rough sea.
After climbing the mountain, I'll be exhausted,
but soon I'll feel energetic again
because of the fresh air at the top of themountain.
It's really worthwhile doing this
healthful activity on a regular basis.
我有空时，常一个人去爬山。
我经常去爬的山不是很高，也不崎岖;
因此，我只花了大约半小时就到达山顶。
四周的风景非常迷人。
无疑地，那是观赏波涛汹涌的大海的最佳地点。
爬完山后，我会精疲力竭，
但是因为山顶上空气新鲜，
我很快又会觉得精力充沛。
所以定期参加此有益健康的活动是值得的。
