This is known as the "distraction 1 effect". When we are given a task that requires problem solving, economic or emotional pressure can cause focus to shift to the motivator, ultimately dividing your attention and reducing performance.
这被称为“注意力分散效应”，当我们接获一个需要解题的任务时，经济上或情绪上的压力会让我们把注意力转移到达成任务的诱因上，导致我们最终反而会分心，而且表现得不如预期。
