Charice全名Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco，生于1992年5月10日，通过Youtube的数段表演视频而走红欧美，现在成为了菲律宾一位走国际化路线的歌手。据悉Charice在美国的个人首张大碟将于今年秋季正式发行，5月18日，Charice在美国著名电视节目《奥普拉脱口秀》The Oprah Winfrey Show现场演唱了新专辑中的首波主打单曲《Note to God》，6月6日，单曲《Note to God》空降美国单曲榜第44名。
