Listen to August 19th 2010 to hear about more babies born in New Zealand.

It is interesting that more women these days are deciding not to have children. The last census 1, in 2006, showed 13% of women aged 2 between 45 and 49 were childless whereas in 1981, 9% of women in this age group had no children.
You might also like to listen to Birth Statistics to hear about statistics 5 years ago and New Zealand becoming more multi-cultural to hear about babies of mixed ethnicity.
