A:Hi, Christine, this is Melissa l'm calling for next week's schedule.
B:Oh, yes. On Monday, you'II have an afternoon meeting at 4:30 with the new designers 1.
A:I see. How about Tuesday?
B:Yeah, there is a new customer called Jason who wants to meet you at lO:OOam. He's from Canada.
A:Oh, no. I had an appointment with my dentist in the Tuesday morning. Can you call this man, Jason, to come one hour later. I think l'II be able to arrive at the office by 11:OOam.
B:Sure, I'II let him know. Then, on Wednesday, you'II have three meeting ahead. The first one is at 7:30am, CTI building. The second one is in the afternoon around 2:OOpm at the conference 2 room of the second floor. The last one is in your office at 5:OOpm.
A:Who am I going to meet at 5:OOpm?
B:Oh, she's your college classmate, Julia. She's back from Germany.
A:Oh, Julia! What a surprisel She's my best friend at college. Could you book a buffet 3 dinner for two at Royal Restaurant?
B:No problem. Is 7:OOpm ok for you?
A:Let's say 6:30.
B:Sure. On Thursday and Friday, you'II have a business trip to Beijing. The assistant, Vivian, will go with you. Regarding 4 the trip details, Vivian will ring you to discuss. That would be all for the coming week.
