Amanda: What are you doing on the computer? You've been sitting there for eight hours straight! What could be so interesting that you haven't eaten anything and haven't even gotten up to use the washroom?
Mike: It's this new online game that just came out－the graphics 1 are amazing! When you start, you can customize your character. You then fight monsters and when you defeat one, it drops an item 2. Sometimes, these items 3 are really great, but most of the time they're nothing special.
Amanda: So that's what you've been doing all day? That sounds really boring and pointless. Think about it－you could've worked for eight hours and earned a good amount of pocket money. Or maybe you could've gone out with friends and watched a movie, or two, or three!
Mike: Nah, those things are absolutely boring compared to this game. This afternoon, I started out at level 1, and now I'm at level 60! I also now have great armor and a powerful 4 sword 5, not to mention all the jewels I've collected which can be sold for a handsome profit.
Amanda: You're impossible! Anyway, I'm going to the convenience store to get a snack－do you want anything?
Mike: Yes! Can you pick me up a cash card for this game? I need some special items...
