1890, in South Dakota, Sioux Indian Chief Sitting Bull and eleven other tribe members are killed during a fight with Indian police.
1966, Walt Disney, founder 7 of an entertainment empire that lasted to this day dies in Los Angeles at age, 65.
And 1939, Atlanta host the world premiere of “Gone with the Wind”. The movie based on Margaret Mitchell’s novel.
