1992–1995
十四岁时在Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann赢得“全爱尔兰歌唱大奖赛”
1992年她和学校朋友Murrough，Ruardhrai O'Kane组建了Oige（爱尔兰语意为“青春”）乐队。Dillon和Oige乐队录制了两张专辑：一张录音室版和一张现场版专辑。
1995–2000
1995年Dillon在接受民谣乐队Equation的邀请，离开Oige了，取代Kate Rusby的位置。
