Cara Dillon
Cara Dillon（卡拉·狄龙/卡兰·迪伦）于1972年7月21日在北爱尔兰伦敦德里郡的Dungiven镇出生。自小在传统爱尔兰音乐世家成长。幼年即展露惊人的声乐能力，在14时便赢得全爱尔兰歌唱大奖赛（All Ireland 3 Singing Trophy）。同时，青少年时代的她便加入Oige, De Dannan等乐队，从那开始，之后于1995年又加入当时极负盛名的民谣超级乐队，Equation。然而，因为在音乐上的分歧，在乐队在Blanco Y Negro（隶属于Warner Music Group华纳音乐集团）的首张专辑发售之前，Dillon和原乐队成员Sam Lakeman在1996年离开了，并且之后和同一唱片公司签订了独立的协议。
