CASSIE：以一曲《Me & U》横扫纽约乐坛

1986年出生于New London，Cassie的惹人性感与音乐才华继承了菲律宾父亲与非裔母亲的血统。
最近，Cassie仅凭借一支单曲“Me & U”便一路走红，冲击纽约音乐圈之后，在Billboard排行帮上也跃升至前三。
可以说，Cassie进入音乐圈完全是一个巧合。在认识音乐制作人Ryan之后，Cassie的母亲希望她能够录一张CD作为给自己的生日礼物。于是，Cassie找到Ryan，和母亲一起完成了二重唱“Kiss Me”。Cassie的音乐才华打动了Ryan，于是，她得到了与Sony唱片合作的机会。
在步入音乐之前，Cassie曾在Wilhelmina公司做职业模特。她和Adidas、Complex杂志以及Abercrombie & Fitch活动都有过合作。现在在她的个人博客上还可以找到她原来模特时期的照片。
Cassie的音乐节奏感很强，虽然有时会显得有些单调，但她穿透性极强的性感嗓音中和掉了节奏的不足，让人不自觉地跟着音乐摇摆，随着摇摆进入那迷离、放松、性感、挑逗的都市夜生活。
