Nowadays, as people’s live standard is much better than before, people no longer struggle for hunger, but the new problem comes. Many people suffer from sub-health, which can result in both physical and mental diseases 1, the worse situation is that some people may die of sub-health prematurely 2. Sub-health is not easy for people to perceive 3, it is potential, the cause of it owes 4 to the pressure and the unhealthy life style that people face. Today, people are working so hard, they are under great pressure, they always forget to eat and busy with their work.
