如今的Backstreet Boys是四人阵容，原成员凯文·理查德森(Kevin Richardson)在2006年6月选择了退出，但他的位置并没有被其他人替代，Nick Carter(听歌)，Brian Littrell(听歌)，Howie Dorough和AJ McLean四个人在继续支撑着Backstreet Boys。今年，Backstreet Boys将在Jive公司庆祝他们成军10周年。
Backstreet Boys的上一张专辑是2005年发行的《Never Gone》，在美国发行第一周就大卖了74万7千张，获得了Billboard 200的季军。在《Never Gone》当中，与Backstreet Boys合作的制作人包括罗伯·维斯(Rob Weiss)和丹·马库拉(Dan Muckula)。
去年，Backstreet Boys团员Brian Littrell曾发行了一张个人专辑《Welcome Home》，这张专辑在Billboard信徒专辑榜中获得了季军的好成绩，Brian在另一个领域获得成功。
