A new report by a major, black advocacy group says the American dream remains 1 out of reach for many African Americans. The National Urban League examines the lives of black Americans in its annual report, The State of Black America. As VOA's Robert Raffaele explains, the group is calling on Congress 2 to help black Americans enjoy a better quality of life.
