丰田汽车公司（Toyota Motor Corporation），简称丰田（TOYOTA），是一家总部设在日本爱知县丰田市和东京都文京区的日本汽车制造公司，属于三井(Mitsui)财阀。[1]
丰田是目前全世界排名第一的汽车生产公司，2012年共售973万辆车，2013年度预计生产1010万辆汽车，是第一个达到年产量千万台以上的车厂。而丰田亦是雷克萨斯、斯巴鲁品牌的母公司及富士重工的最大股东。丰田任命首位“女老大” 主管全球公关业务。2016年位居《财富》世界500强第8位。
The Toyota Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational 1 company. The bulk of its operations is in the production and sale of cars and trucks. In 2009, it became the world’s largest maker 2 of cars, based on sales and number of automobiles 3 produced, for the very first time. It was founded in 1937 by Kiichiro Toyota and a whole Japanese city was built on and named after Toyota. Other brands in the Toyota umbrella include Lexus, Daihatsu and Hino (maker of trucks). It also has a financial services arm and is a key player in both the robotics and biotechnology industries. Toyota’s Just-In-Time production methods and its management philosophy, called “The Toyota Way,” have been studied by business graduates and managers worldwide. It is currently heavily committed to producing green, environmentally-friendly cars.
