Rachel Lee: Attorneys General from 39 states are going after the tobacco industry over / little cigars. Richard Wilbur reports they want them classified as cigarettes.
Richard Wilbur: Saying that calling them cigars instead of cigarettes lets the tobacco industry dodge 7 some taxes. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company spokesman Craig Fishel.
