A: I have some questions about my lease 1.
B: Like what?

B: Your lease will be up in three years.
A: What will happen if I move out before then?
B: If you move out before then, you will not get your deductible.
A: I don’t understand.
B: Because our contract 2 says that you will live here for three years.
A: Okay, I think that I understand.
B: I’m glad you understand.
