(1) 当分钟数小于或等于30分钟时
表达法是“几点过几分”,先说表示分钟的数字,然后说past, 最后说表示小时的数字。如:

9:15 读作:fifteen past nine 或 a quarter past nine


10:30 读作:thirty past ten 或 half past ten
