N: Good morning, Doctor Michael’s office.


早上好,这里是麦客医生诊所。


P: Good morning, I'd like to make an appointment to see a doctor please.

N: What name is it? Please.

P: Vincent. Pan


N: Are you a patient at this office? Mr. Pan.

P: No, I’m not.

N: Is it an emergency?

P: Yes.

N: Can you come today at one o’clock?

P: Yes.

看病


N: Mr. Pan?

P: Yes.

N: Sit down please.

P: Thank you.

D: Now what’s the problem?


那里不舒服?


P: I hurt my wrist.


我的手腕受伤了。


D: What happen?


怎么回事。


P: I fell at land on my arm.


我摔了一跤,胳膊着地。


D: Where does it hurt?


哪里疼?


P: It hurts here.

D: Does it hurt when you bend it a like this?

P: Yes. It hurts a lot.

D: It’s very badly swollen 2. It’s probably just bruise 3, but it could be broken. So I’m going to ask you to the hospital for an X-Ray.


这儿肿的厉害,可能只是擦伤,也可能骨折了,所以我打算让你去医院照个X光片。


P: How do I get to the hospital?


去医院怎么走?


D: Take a taxi and ask for Bellflower hospital. It’s not far. When you get there you should go to the emergency department.

D: And take the prescription to the drugstore. It’s for pain killers 4. Take two every four hours if you need them.
