A: I’m sorry, but I guess we didn’t send a statement out.
B: My fees increased, because I didn’t know about my fees.
A: I see where that is a problem.
B: Can you fix it?
A: I will cancel the fees that you owe.
B: You’re canceling all the fees?
A: You still need to pay the initial 1 fee.
B: That’ll be fine.
