W: I’ve been looking for an efficiency apartment.
M: How many rooms do you have in mind?
W: I want a 3 bedroom apartment.
M: Oh, I know there is one for rent out in the suburbs.

W: Do you have any apartments for rent right now?
M: We still have some available.
W: What kind of apartment do you have?
M: We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.

W: Have you signed a lease for your apartment?
M: No, I didn’t have to. But I paid a deposit.
W: How much security deposit did you pay and when is the rent due?
M: They asked that I left a month rent as the deposit and the rent is due no later than the fifth of the month.

W: What’s the rent on that?
M: It’s 250 dollars a month.
W: Does it include utilities?
M: It includes water but not gas or electricity.

W: How many square feet is that studio?
M: It is 60 square feet.
W: Is there a view from there?
M: Yes, there is a wonderful view from here, and it’s well furnished.
W: Is there air-conditioning?
M: Yes, there are central air-conditioning and heating. How do you like it?
