　　The Campus Activity that Has Benefited Me Most
　　As a coin has two sides,when it comes to “what campus activity that has benefited you most”,different people may have different opinions.As far as I am concerned,it is the psychological composition competition that has benefited me most.
　　There are,to my mind,plenty of shaping factors,among which,the following ones are particularly worth mentioning.One of the most valuable one is it is the field that I like.I can find a place to say something,either to the world or to myself,which will make me feel relax,get a good mood and enjoy myself.Another fundamental one which should not be neglected is I can appreciate others’ merits and find my own weakness,and then make up for it.Last but not least,I can find people who have the same thinking and interest with me,and become friends.Take myself for instance,it is in the psychological composition competition that I find my soul mate.
　　Judging from the reams of evidence,it is safe for me to conclude that psychological composition competition is the campus activity that has benefited me most.If it had not been for it,I could not have enjoyed myself so much.

　　在我看来，有很多原因让我形成这个观点。其中，下面这些原因是最值得一提的。首先，也是最有价值的是因为这是我喜欢的领域。在这里我可以找到一个地方来倾吐自己的心声，可能是对世界的，也可能是对自己的。这样我就会觉得很轻松，有一个好的心情，并享受自己的生活。另外一个不能忽视的重要原因是，在这里我能欣赏到别人的优点，发现自己的缺点并进行弥补。最后，我可以在这个比赛中找到和我有同样的思想和兴趣的人，并成为好朋友。就拿我自己来说，我就是在心理征文比赛中找到了自己的知己。
　　根据上面提出的证据，我得出“心理征文比赛使我最受益”这个结论是很合理的。要是没有这个活动，我不能如此的热爱我的生活。
