要想回答好与工作规划有关的问题，必须先预先冷静地为自己树立一个目标。若干年后，你想在公司晋升到一个什么高度的位置呢？一定要先把自己的目标考虑好，面试时一旦被问及便可应答自如。如果你连自己追求的目标都说不清楚，雇主当然就无法确定公司该不该雇佣你了。对于目标髙的应聘者来说，这类问题尤为重要。如果你应聘的是管理层的职务，那么公司对于你的目标就肯定会有更大的期望值。
