汉语首次成为意大利高中毕业考试科目-英语课

　　Chinese has been added to the graduation exam list by an Italian high school and 29 students will take the test this year, the Guangming Daily reports quoting Italian local media.

　　《光明日报》援引意大利当地媒体的报道称，意大利一所高中已经将汉语列入了毕业考试之中，29名学生将会参加今年的考试。
　　Sophie Scholl, a high school specializing in linguistics 1, in Trento, northeastern Italy, has become the first school in the country to list Chinese as a graduation exam subject.
　　意大利东北部特兰托一所名叫索菲绍尔的语言类高中，成为了意大利首所将汉语列入毕业考试科目的学校。
　　The Chinese course has been running at the Italian school for five years, and 145 of its 910 students have chosen to study the language.
　　这所意大利学校开办汉语课程已经有五年的时间了，在该校910名学生中，有145名学生选择了学习汉语。

　　Maria Silva Boccardi, director of the school, said Chinese will become a global language in the future and they set up the course because many students had asked for it.
　　该校的主任玛丽亚·希尔瓦·博卡迪表示，汉语未来会成为一种全球语言，他们开设汉语课程的原因是很多学生曾提出过要求。
　　"There were only a few schools (in Italy) who provided trial Chinese courses back then, but now, Chinese courses have become a crucial part of our overall teaching plan and we are welcoming our pioneer batch 2 of graduates this year," she said.
　　她说：“那时意大利只有几所学校提供试行的汉语课程，但是现在汉语课程已经成为了我们整体教学计划的关键部分，我们今年将迎来首批毕业生。”
　　Roberto, a Sophie Scholl student who is going to take the Chinese test before graduation, said writing Chinese characters is the most difficult aspect of learning the language.
　　罗伯托--索菲绍尔高中一名将要在毕业前参加汉语考试的学生说道，汉字是学习汉语最困难的方面。
　　"Although learning Chinese is difficult for Italian students, when considering looking for better job opportunities overseas, China would definitely be my top choice," he said.
　　他说：“虽然对于意大利学生而言，学习汉语很困难，但是当考虑到在海外找到更好的工作机会，中国绝对是我的首选。”
