The coroner says the cause of death is known but will not be released until toxicology results are in. 20-year-old Daniel Smith died while visiting the hospital where his mother recently gave birth to a baby girl.

3. Spacewalking astronauts struggle to loosen stuck bolts while assembling part of the International Space Station today. They had a few battles with hardware on their more than 7-hour mission.
