The woman accused of kidnapping a week-old baby is now charged with kidnapping and assaults. Shannon Torrez also known as Shannon Beck, is being held on one million dollars bond. Police say she kidnapped Abby Woods and attacked the baby's mother after she had a miscarriage 1.
