In a congressional hearing Tuesday, admiral Harry Harris criticized China's construction of islands in the South China sea. The commander of U.S forces in the Pacific is telling congress China is seeking the control of east Asia.
3. In Arizona, 5 family members are died after police say one of them opened fire inside the family home and set it on fire. Officers dodged bullets from the shooters - rushing to help the victims. A 911 caller described the shooting as a domestic situation.
4. And a mother gorilla and her baby are doing well in a British zoo after a rare C-section. The infant primate was delivered earlier this month after the mother fell ill.
