Success to me is meeting,and as often as possible,even exceeding my potential.
对我而言，成功是尽量发挥自己的潜力，甚至去超越它。
It is being a successful and ethical 1 leader of people,
成功是成为一位有成就，有道德的领导者，
and ultimatyly I hope it’s rising to the position where the success of failure of a company sits on my shoulders-in other words,
并且我希望最终的成功是能够一肩扛起整个公司的成败。换言之，
one day I hope and aim to be a CEO.
我希望有一天能够当上首席执行官。
That's within my potential,
我认为自己有这个潜力。
I believe,and I won’t be satisfied until I reach that position and then excceed the expectations of those who elevated me to that post.
在未升到这个职位，并超越一路提拔我的人对我的期待之前，我是不会满足的。
