My focus is not on the time I spend at work,but the results I'm expeted to produce.
对我而言，重要的不是工作所花的时间，而是产生我所期望的结果。
I'm extremely result-oriented.
我是个非常重视结果的人，
I'm willing to invest whatever time it takes to produce the results.
为了取得成果，我不在乎投入多少时间。
笔者曾经提到过，有些人认为外企不加班，这是误解。面试时，不可以给出“我不打算加班”之类的答案。可以说明自己不在乎工作时间的长短，而看重工作结果。
