你愿意以实习生的身份开始工作吗？
I've had three years of experience as a trader.
我有三年从事贸易行业的经验。
I understand that I'll need to learn the specific methods employed by this company,but I believe I have enough knowledge and experience to do the job.
我了解贵公司有自己的工作方法，并且我也有学习的必要，但是我相信我已经拥有足够的知识和经验来做这份工作。
Since I would be able to produce right away,I believe working as a trainee would be wasting the company's resources and wouldn't be in its best interests.
既然我可以立刻对公司做出贡献，如果我以实习生的身份工作的话将会浪费公司资源，对公司而言并不利。
In one's best interests 对…最有利
如果是应届毕业生的话，当然只能回答“Yes”。如果已经有在这个领域工作的经验，不想以实习生的身份开始工作的话，可以从公司利益的角度，向面试官说明这样子做对公司而言并不是上策。
