What was the most difficult decision you ever had to make?
你曾经做过的最困难的决定是什么？
When I had to let good employees go.
当我要解雇优秀员工的时候，我感到难以决定。
When the company I worked for was acquired by ABC Insurance,our department was consolidated 1 and eliminated.
我以前工作的公司被ABC保险公司收购后，我们的部门被合并，原部门被解散了。
I was able to transfer some of my subordinates to other departments,but had to let most of them go.

Some of them were very good workers,having contributed to the success of the company for many years.
