What do you see as the most difficult task in being a manager?
作为管理者,你认为最困难的工作是什么?
When I have to let people go,who have made contributions and hae been loyal to the company over the years,due to downsizing or another reason that is beyond their control.
当我因为裁员或是一些当事人和我都无能为力的原因,不得不解雇长期以来忠于公司并做出贡献的员工时,就感到很困难。
Especially when I know their family members and that they may face some financial hardship at least for a short period of time.
