Did you ever fire anyone?If so,what were the reasons and how did you handle it?
你曾经开除过别人吗？如果有，原因是什么？你又是如何处理的？
Yes,I did when an employee did not show up for work for five days without notifying us.
是的，我开除过一个无故缺勤5天的员工。
I personally went to his home,but could not find him,so I contacted HR according to the company policy.
我亲自去过他家，但是没找到人，于是我根据公司规定通知了人事部。
HR notified the employee in writing of the intent to terminate employment,but we never heard from him.
人事部以书面形式告知对方他即将被解雇，但是完全没有收到他的回信。
We have a company policy that an employee who is absent from work for three consecutive 1 working days or more without notices is deemed to have quit.
公司明文规定员工连续3天及以上无辜缺勤，视为离职。
回答该问题时，要向面试官表明，你并不是单纯以“工作做不好”，“态度恶劣”，“违抗命令”等理由解雇员工的，而是完全按照公司的规定做出决定。
