你的下属对你的评价如何？
They think I am an expert in the IT field and also that I treat them fairly.
下属认为我是信息技术领域的专家，并且待人公正。
Some past subordinates said I'm intense and demanding,but that is because I have high expecations for them.
以前的一些下属说我严厉而严格，但那是因为我对他们有很高的期望。
They probably have to work harder for me than other bosses,but they know that brings the best of them.
也许在我手下做事，远比在其他上司手下做事辛苦，但是他们知道这样才能激发出自己最大的潜能。
All the people who worked for me said they learned more from me than anyone else.
所有在我手下工作过的人都说，从我这儿学到的东西比其他人那儿学到都多。
回答时，当然要列举出一些好的评价。但是，如果必须要说出下属评价中自己的缺点，可以列举出一些能带来“好”结果的缺点，或者是现在已经改正了的缺点。
